  • sunday morning nursery - OPEN SUNDAYS 8:15 AM-12:15 PM

For children who have not yet entered elementary school. If you have little ones, our nursery is the place for you. We are blessed with great volunteers that love kids. All nursery workers have undergone a thorough background check and have been trained to follow Safe Sanctuaries procedures (through the program, churches train and certify persons as safe workers with children and youth in United Methodist ministries).

The nursery is found just down the hall from our fellowship hall, in the education building located across from the church sanctuary. Please ask any church member and they will be happy to point you in the right direction. Nursery is provided for children who have not yet entered elementary school. When you come to our nursery, you will find a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. We are honored to be in ministry to them while you are in worship…they are in great hands!

  • Children’s Programming on Sunday Mornings

Sunday morning Sunday School starts each week at 9:45 am in our very own Children's Center. Our Sunday mornings are spent learning the wonderful stories of the å through two wonderful programs Play n Worship and Godly Play.

Our Preschoolers use a curriculum called Play in Worship is designed for preschoolers using age-appropriate lesson to get kids worshipping God and learning to trust Jesus through play, music, movement, and fun. Our Preschoolers have so much fun each week

Our Elementary Schoolers use a curriculum known as Godly Play. This curriculum is a creative, imaginative approach to Christian formation and spiritual guidance, with 40+ years of research and practice. It values openness and discovery through community and relationships. The stories of the Bible come alive with symbols and rituals found in Christian congregations. Children are encouraged to explore their faith in a broader sense through wondering and play. There are stories, play time, and a feast with prayers, which represents the community we have with God and with one another.
