The care and love of knitting, crochet, and quilting have been combined into a loving and prayerful ministry that reaches to those in need of comfort and solace. The purpose of this ministry is to provide a covering of support and prayer to the recipient.

REQUESTS

Prayer shawl requests are usually given to one of the pastors. The reasons for requesting a shawl can vary – from illness to hospitalization, grief over the loss of a loved one, or challenging circumstances that need our prayers and support. 

DONATE & VOLUNTEER

Materials are donated by the members of this ministry or by those who just want to help. 

Anyone interested in supporting this ministry is welcome to participate in a number of ways:

*Volunteer to knit or crochet a shawl or help make a quilt. 

*Donate yarn, fabric, thread, or batting.

*Pray for the makers and recipients of the prayer shawls.

We would love for you to come "cut up" with us and have a great time in this creative and caring ministry.
