Music at Mt. Sylvan

  • CHoir

    The choir welcomes youth and adult members who like to sing choral music. We sing for the 8:30 traditional services most Sundays and practice Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm and Sunday mornings before worship at 8:00 am. The Choir also sings for special services during Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter. For more information, contact Jeff Whicker.

  • praise band

    The praise band sings for the 11:00 worship service on Sundays. We welcome youth and adult members who sing or play guitar, bass, keyboard (or other). For more information about joining the Praise Band, contact Jeff Whicker.

  • children's music

    Children in grades K - 5 enjoy music activities each Summer during Performing Arts Day Camp. There are many opportunities throughout the year for our children to participate in worship through music and sing for the congregation. For more information, contact Kathie Wilkinson. 

  • Youth Music

    Youth in grades 6 through 12 are invited to participate in C.R.E.W (Christians Ready Equipped and Willing) each Sunday at 5:00 pm before Youth Group. For more information, contact Kathie Wilkinson or Jennifer Rogers

  • Mt. sylvan ringers

    Mt. Sylvan Ringers rehearse Wednesdays at 6:00 pm from September to May and play for worship services about once a month. They also participate in a couple of handbell festivals each year. For more information about handbells, contact Kathie Wilkinson.
